There are a number of reasons why you may not be able to log in. Check
through the following to make sure all your settings are correct.

Do you have the correct username and password? If you are entering
them incorrectly, will be taken to the log on page and a red error message
saying "Invalid login, please try again" will appear. Check your username
and password and try again. If you are still unable to log on you can
request a new password to be generated. This will be emailed to you.

Is your site set up to
accept cookies? The website requires cookies - small text files
that store information on your computer about the site you are accessing.
For more information on how to set up your computer to accept cookies, read
through these
instructions.

Have you created a
username and password? Before you can access the free courses you must
register a username and password. Click on a free course from the main page
and you will see a screen that asks you to register as a new user. Click on
the "Register new user" button and enter your details. You will now have
access to the free courses. Choose a free course and enrol yourself.

you to log in? Contact the
Customer Service team and request for your username and password to be
reset and access given to your course. Please let us know your preferred
username and password and the email address you would like to use.
