HAVING PROBLEMS?

If you are having problems accessing the free courses, or any course materials, or are unsure about how something works, take a look below at the solutions for some of the more common problems. If the problem you are having is not found below, or you still cannot resolve your problem, contact us at the Childbirth International Customer Support team. When you contact us about a problem, please include your username and password in the email so we can see what is happening.

Logging in


I cannot log in to the free courses website

I cannot remember my username or password

When I enter a course the pages are blank

When I log in I get a message saying I need to accept cookies

My browser is blocking pop up windows
